Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Green beans
  • 125 g Pasta
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Pickled tomato
  • 6 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Parsley root
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Peper to taste
  • 30 ml Oil (sunflower or olive)
  • 20 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • First, chop the onion.
  • Then, cut the parsley root into slices.
  • Crush 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Chop the large tomatoes.
  • Wash the vegetables under running water.
  • Place the pan on the heat and pour in 30 ml of oil.
  • Add the crushed garlic to the heated oil.
    Leave on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, then add all the vegetables: green beans, parsley root, onion, and all tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, chopped pickled tomato, and chopped tomato).
    Add 20 ml of water, season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Once it starts boiling, leave it on low heat for 20 minutes with the lid slightly open.
  • Meanwhile, while the vegetables are cooking, boil the water for the pasta.
    When the water starts boiling, add a pinch of salt and the pasta.
    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package (we cooked it for 5-6 minutes).
  • Once the pasta is cooked, mix it with 20 g of butter.
    Then serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared vegetables.
