- To begin with, wash the meat. Then slice it and pound it. We season each slice with salt and pepper.

- Then break the eggs and mix them. Add a little salt and pepper.

- On another plate, we sift the flour.

- Grease the pan with oil. Dip each slice of meat in flour, then in egg, and fry in the pan. Fry for 7 minutes on each side. Then remove them to a paper towel.
