Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices fresh square bread
  • 5-6 tbsp soft cream cheese (spreadable, sauce-like)
  • 8-9 slices bacon
  • 4 cherry fresh tomatoes
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • Dried thyme to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Fry the bacon in a lightly oiled pan until crispy. Place on a paper towel.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly on fresh bread.
  3. Add crispy bacon on top of the cheese.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on the bacon.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme.
  6. Serve immediately while the bacon is still crispy.
