  • 4 slices square sandwich bread
  • 4-5 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • Fresh dill
  • 10 g pine nuts

Method
 

  1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over all four slices of bread, making sure the surface is well covered.
  2. Arrange cucumber slices on two slices of bread: place 3 slices in a row at the top and 3 slices in a row at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of finely chopped dill between the two rows of cucumber.
  4. Place the pine nuts on top of the dill, spacing them evenly between the cucumber rows.
