Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Pasta of choice
  • 1 can Canned tuna (in oil or water)
  • 30-40 g Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, pressed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta.
  3. Add butter and stir until melted.
  4. Add red pepper and mix gently.
  5. Add pressed garlic and mix gently.
  6. Add drained canned tuna and break into chunks.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
