- Put 500 g of cheese in a bowl.

- Add the egg.

- Then add 50 g of sugar.

- Finally, add 60 g of flour and mix everything together. I mix with a wooden spoon, but you can also use a mixer.

- Heat the pan and grease it with oil or butter.

- Shape the pancakes into a nice, round shape. Cook them over very low heat for 10 minutes on each side. It should form a golden crust.
