Ingredients
  

  • 550 g fish
  • 1 small carrot
  • 80 g parsley root
  • 70 g celery root
  • 2 patatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pickled tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 800 ml water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup: scale and slice the fish.
  2. Wash the vegetables, then chop them.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and when it starts boiling, add the oil, salt, pepper, and vegetables. Let them boil for 10 minutes on low heat and then add the sliced fish, increasing the heat slightly, until it starts boiling. Then leave it on low heat for 15 minutes. The fish is tender and after 25 minutes, the soup is ready. When we turn off the heat, add the green herbs.
