Put the flour in the bowl.
Pour the warm water into a bowl, then add 7 g of yeast, salt, sugar, and oil. Leave for 10 minutes.

Knead the dough for 15 minutes, then divide it into four equal balls (approximately 200 g each).
Let the dough rest for an hour.
While the dough is resting, prepare the ingredients. Heat the pan, add the oil and mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
After an hour, we can begin the cooking process. We roll out the dough using our hands so as not to damage its structure, and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Add the tomato puree, cream cheese, salami, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and mozzarella. Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C.
