Ingredients
  

  • 6 pcs Savoiardi ladyfingers (tiramisu biscuits)
  • 60 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Heavy whipping cream (30–33%)
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 100 g Frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 15 g Dark chocolate (for grating)

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Pour in the cold heavy cream.
  4. Whip the mixture until a thick and fluffy cream forms. Do not overwhip.
  5. Spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom of a deep round glass dish.
  6. Place 2 dry ladyfinger biscuits over the cream layer.
  7. Add a layer of frozen cherries, spreading them evenly.
  8. Cover the cherries with a layer of cream.
  9. Add another layer of ladyfingers.
  10. Repeat with cherries and cream. Finish with a final cream layer.
  11. Grate dark chocolate over the top.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so the biscuits soften.
